Looking back, the scariest part for me of Twin Peaks: The Return was an image I can't shake. The end of Episode 15 - where the Gatekeeper stands alone in the hotel parking lot, face obscured in shadows. The image gives you pause, because you know there is unseen horror under the surface. A similar figure, face obscured, stands in the distance on the cover of "Annihilated" & the same uneasy feeling comes over me as I hear the brutality of this music. Totally terrifying - just the way I like it. bcb723
One of the more black metal of the Cara Neir releases. The first two and half songs are all blasts and fury. Truly vicious vocal delivery on them. The last half of the third song slows down and turns moody, and then the drums go totally bananas at the end. What a journey. MindOverFour
This is fantastic! Multi-layered, and difficult to nail down in terms of genre. That is NO problem for a dude like me! Solid songwriting, excellent lyrics. Very cool shit! -VUK-
